Water inside doors..?
I've removed a door card on my 05 wrx (to see about upgrading speakers) and there's water droplets inside door..!
When it rains it drips down, mainly behind the speaker aperture, I think it comes in from around the door mirror, is this normal..?

Most likely yes.
Probably holes in the bottom of your doors to let it out. Make sure that they are never blocked with dirt. Should be a plastic liner on the door to stop it getting on the door card. Dont worry about it.

Common on most Scoobs, and especially imports to get water inside the doors
I cant take mine to powerwashes as I just end up with way too much water inside the doors - has ruined several speakers and collars in the past - I just live with it
