goin to change turbo what should i get tdo5/16g or 20g have vf34 at the mo.

depends what kind of power output your looking for? big power 20g, midrange 16g or 18g

20g all the way but that would be close to its max output, speak to andy f he supplies 20g's he will advise you best

its a close call as both are good, td05 has it on 1st and 2nd gear IMHO, td05/06 has it from every gear on i loved my td05 turbo but i still have a td05/06 now. its a tough choice. you can still run a td005 with 440 injectors but you can't with a td05/06 . so it depends on your mods and goals

If you already have a VF34, to make it worth changing a 20G would be the next step IMHO, with about +50 BHP potential, but I would stick with what you have on a 2.0 with a 7000 RPM limit, change to the 20G if you have a bigger engine or higher rev limit, but this is only my preference to keep a nice power band, making a flexible road engine.

thanks guys 4 the replies. given me something 2 think about.should have mentioned what mods i have done.rebuilt 2.0 sti 5 crank rods forged pistons uprated oil pump metal head gaskets walbro fuel pump full decat fmic vf34 gems ecu

Very similar spec to mine, and i made 383hp with a 20g on sunday.

It's a std STI4 gearbox with a ap motorsport organic rated to about 400lbft (i think)
