Unhappy CLUTCH PROBLEMS ANY IDEAS

hello i have just noticed my clutch is slipping again third clutch what is a good clutch to buy im running 290 bhp and the standard one is no good any help apprecaited

I will be going for the Lateral Performance one (see scoobyshop) which includes release bearing.

Other options are the AP fast road, or a cheaper option is the Exedy (Borg & beck) which ive seen on EBAY for about £100.

P1 or STi would also be ok for your current power level.

Torque is the issue with the clutch, think im around 305 lbs / ft (320 bhp)

Hey just noticed mine slipping when its from cold. Wierd thing is when the car been running a while and its all nicely warmed up doesn't slip at all is this expected. Should i replace it or get a dealer to look at it and maybe adjust it or something?

Not adjustable. When it starts slipping when warmed up, get it replaced. Sound like it might not be far off

Depending on whats in there at the moment, it may just be the plate material - some need to be hot to work best. Unless its just started doing it.

just started doing it after my service which was in November. Ive got the boggo standard clutch ..oh MY01 WRX. Really only slips from cold

mine is fine on hard driving in first second then slips in third allways the same everytime ive done a clutch and ive fitted borg and beck this is the third so no more of them
