Default Pressure gauge on FSE help ?

I have a fuel pressure regulator, but it didn't have a gauge on it when I brought the car.

I now have a gauge, but where does it go ?.

the FPR has a feed in and a feed out, and a blanked off area.(thinks this is another feed in)

I tried taking out blanking plug, and putting guage in its place and no reading on the gauge ?.

So tried taking out the gauge and left the end un capped, and no pressure !!!.

I could be stupid here, But am I missing something ?.

Surely I do not need to 'T' in the gauge into the fuel line. I was pretty sure I have seen these deviced with the gauge bolted to FPR.

Only want it for testing purposes, so unless anyone else wants to add anything, looks like I will have to just use a 'T' piece on the outlet pipe and set gauge then remove it.

Just to be sure did you 'T' into the pipe on the bottom, which appears to be the fuel leaving point ?.

I PM'd Scott.T about this.

I am not sure the FPR was setup correctly in the first place. The connection to the fuel rail should be one of the ones that comes in from the side, and the return to the tank should be the one on the bottom, opposite end to the adjustment screw. The remaining blanked off connection, should be the one opposite the connection to the rails, and this is where the gauge should go.

just did thas, can't save a jpeg for some reason.
