What for? Top up or oil change?
If it's for a top-up, phone your dealer and ask what they put in at the last service. If you don't know what is in there, it's best to change it and not mix different viscosities and brands.
If it's for an oil change, do a search, you'll find lots of recommendations.
... and if you're going to change it yourself, do a search for the oil change procedure.
