Is it a screw on filter?
If so if theres a black plunger type pump thingy on the top just open the 8mill bleed nipple on the housing and pump it till its free of air and tighten it up after...If not and its a complete filter with 2 pipe connections on top..open the 10 mill bolt in the top and find a rubber sqeezy ball thing in line on the fuel pipe and bleed it till no air....
Hope you understand but its late lol

UNDO THE NUT ON THE TOP OF THE FILTER TAKE OF THE FILTER AND REPLACE.WHEN STARTING PRIME THE FILTER WITH THE IGNITION ON USING THE HAND PRIMER UNTIL THE PLUNGER BECOMES STIFF.DO THIS VERY GENTLY AS IF YOUR TOO HARD ON IT YOU CAN SPLIT THE DIAPHRAM,NEW PUMP NEEDED THEN.ONCE THE PLUNGER HARD KEEP CRANKING THE ENGINE TIL IT STARTS AND RUNS.REMEMBER WHEN YOU PRIME YOU MUST HAVE IGNITION ON,WONT WORK OTHER WISE.HOPE THIS HELPS
