Default boost gauge

just fitted a defi boost gauge and was wondering if its working right.
when you take you foot off the gas at high revs should the gauge return to 0.8 or should it stay on a higher reading if that makes sense.

when you lift off com[pletely the gauge should go to something like -.8Bar, something like that anyway, it's effectively telling you that the engine is sucking in the air, rather than having it forced in.
