What is the best practice, Where to run the cables Under the floor pan, Internally against the sills ???

Run them inside ,on a rallycar run them along the tunnel ,road car doesn't matter,you can use a BMW e30 battery cable connector/extending lead ,this utilises your original battery terminal under the bonnet if you want,for ease.
