Ok, I have bought a nearly new Samco Intercooler Kit(TCS86) for my Type Ra MY97. The kit was advertised suitable for STi3/4 . It is so close to fitting but the branch pipe which attaches to the cast intake, the same side as the dump valve appears to be about 20/25mm too short. Does the STI intercooler have different/longer intake castings or has some naughty boy cut the pipe too short. My pipe is marked K1-1
If the casting on the STi is longer anyone got a knackered one or do I weld on 25mm.
