Default TD04 flanges for DIY exhaust system?

Hi all,

Im looking for someone in the UK that can supply me with the flanges for the exhaust inlet and outlet for a TD04 Ive picked up from apparently a 99 wrx. I want to build a manifold for another car to fit the turbo too and its easier to buy them off the shelf than have to make my own. Ive found a US supplier but hoping that soeone does them over this side of the pond.
Tried a search but not found any posts that are relevant, but continuing to look & refine my search terms just in case it yields something.

Im told that the outlet flange is the same as the IHI VF11 turbo, but not too sure (it was a 70/30 split toward it being the same) and that the inlet is different between the two.

1) Does anyone know what Im talking about?
2) Any ideas who can supply them?

Oh also a quick btw, can anyone please tell me the stock opening pressure of the wastegate for the td04 and has anyone ever mapped the adjustments by turning the actuator rod against the new psi.
ie: one turn clockwise = 1 additional psi opening, one turn anti-clock = 1 less psi opening (tho its not that linear from experience) ?

Cheers

Dave
