Advice on window fitting
Has anyone fitted a door window. How hard a job is it? I'm looking for some sort of guide to doing it.
I've got to fit a replacement window to my passenger door on a 97 Sti (2-door model).
Any advice would be appreciated.

dead easy m8 .........bout 1/2 hr max.
pull electric window swiches out , door handle surround (inside) + lower handle
pull off door card starting at the bottom right ....( pop clips)
pull back the clear plastic insulator sheet
plug your electrics back in
lower the window down 2 about 1/4 open
you will see 2 windows that reveal the 10mm bolts that hold the white plastic gripers to the glass itself .
undo these ......pull the glass up and out the door frame (outside)
thats it..........then reverse instructions
scott
oh.....you might have to pull black plastic triangle off behind where the mirror bolts to aswell.........cant remember deffinatly if yours has that though .

Thanks. I'll give that a go. I am having to replace it after a break in. Probably have to strip the door down more to check the guides/rubbers for left over bits of glass. Keep finding bits even though I've hoovered it out 3 times already! Managed to get a 2nd hand window. Hope it fits ok.
Thanks
Thanks
