If you stick to a 7.5" rim on 18's then they should be ok. At least my Superleggeras were. I'm now on 8" Turinis though and they do catch when it gets a little bouncy or on the rare occasion there is people in the back. See my website for pics etc.

They do not lower 50mm. This is how much they lower an NA Impreza, not a turbo. You will get more like a 35mm drop.

18`s will rub at 50mm lower im sure if your only changing the springs,if your after that much of a drop i`d be putting some adjustable shocks on it or coilovers.Lowered mine 40mm with 7.5 x 18`s+215/35 x18 tyres and i still had to trim rear arches(doesnt catch at all on the front though)thats with a koni sports kit (springs and adjustable inserts)only Had to take about 3mm off round the arch though.

I'm positive about the H+Rs NOT lowering 50mm. I was looking at these some time ago and spoke to H+R about it. The quote is for the Impreza, it is not specific to a turbo/WRX etc. He said that was the max drop they got from a NA Impreza which is approx 15mm higher than a turbo.
