Default difference between early sti intercooler

I`ve got a MY95 uk wagon and I`m able to get hold of a mk1 sti intercooler.
Whats the difference between the two?

Seriously?
No point in that then.
looks like trying to fit an sti8/or bigger later unit... although I dont think it will fit an early car.

Nice one... I`d appreciate it..
Also did you use a different under bonnet air diffuser?

Or should I save myself loads of grief by adding a water spray?
Ive already got the subaru nozzle.

Not going over 300.... somewhere between 275-290max... depending on if I get a new fuel pump/regulator.
I`m not chasing figures... just looking for good increases.
