Default cambelt timing and cog removal

my woodruff key for the ancilaries pully has snapped, i need to remove the broken bit and im having no joy. how do i remove the cambelt cog on the crank and line up the timing as not to damage the engine urgent help needed doing the job now!!! ring my mobile 07743644169 if you know what to line up and can explain, pics would also help

its a cambelt off job m8
use a puller on the crank pulley to remove
new woodruff key then have a look here for pics etc http://www.getfreeforum.com/forums/i...y&showtopic=24
check the notch in the ancil. pulley that the woodruff locates in incase thats buggered. mine was

on the same kinda topic how often (milage interval) do u need to change the cam belt?
