Apart from the stuff thats in my head

Have'nt had any for a while now but as the winters coming i need to get it sorted! I've only ever had warm air since fitting a 72degree (i think) thermostat to keep water temps down because of the front mount and 2.5 but now i have none

My conclusions is that it could be

1, air lock.....But its not that because i have sqeezed every last drop out and its been months

2, heater matrix.... but i thought the car steams up inside when they've gone

3, thermostat.....??????????

If the heater matrix has gone your carpets will be absolutely wringing wet, in the N/S or O/S footwell

You'll also smell antifreeze (or wet dog) all the time....

Lift the mats, lift the carpets and check for dampness

I went an entire winter with no heater when mine burst... b'stard of a job to replace, dash had to come out completely

Defo no wetness or smells, I know its a b'stard of a job to replace especially with a few extra dials added to the equation lets hope its not

I can handle the cold, its just not being able to see anything out of the windows

RainX Anti Mist worked quite well for me for a couple of months Blowing cold air over the windows works too...just more slowly

Have you had the coolant system pressure checked? I did with mine just to be sure...unfortunately that made the hole in the core bigger
