All JDM cars are limited to 112mph, you need to get a de-limiter. Mine was £150 fitted, which also changed the odometer to count miles rather than kilometers.

They all read kilometers per hour and miles per hour up to 112, but the odomoter counts in number of km travelled I got a white dial conversion at the same time that now reads up to 180mph. Another £50

Mine was like that 112 mph its a cheep way for the importer, it will still be clocking up in kmh though,
all you need is a speed converter that goes on the back of your speedo and your speedo cable goes into the back of that. then a new dial face like the lookwood dial kits you need the one that goes round to 180 mph hope this helps

Had a de-limiter fitted, and new dials - £100. Another option if you were also thinking of having it converted to run on UK fuel is to have a look at the Gizzmo ECU. Complete fuel map (amongst other things!!) and removes the speed limiter as well!!!

It comes from NZ, but they all seem to rave about it on the NZ forums.

Worth a look maybe?

I had some problem's along these's lines! a slight miss-fire when the car got to 5000 rpm. Re-gaped the spark plugs to 0.6 and cleaned the coil packs the brass plate in the end had burnt! and when re-fitting them make sure thay go in level coz when you nip them up thay can twist!
put a spanner under them to keep them level

hope this helps
