Default Calibrating rpm

Hi all,

I've got my calibration way out whilst fitting some lockwood dials, (found out the speedo has a zero adjuster by accident LOL)

Anyway what's the best way to check the rev counter? with a digital meter?
How accurate is a MY95 JDM WRX on revs?

Once I have set that up I can do the speedo no probs as it is 60mph/3000rpm in top.

Cheers all,
Ricky.

Aha!
Sorting it,

I think I have the zero wrong on the speedo, it should "zero" at about 10mph below the first mark, is this correct?

Cheers,
Ricky.
