Power FC Commander Display

Power FC Commander Display
Just installed my Apexi Power Fc to check it all works OK before I map sometime next month.
All seems well - correct version - car fired up fine - FC commander working Ok too.
One query though - the FC commander display seems a little poor. The contrast is not very good between the background and the readouts. BEst adjustment I seem to be able to come to is '25 to 30' and by approx 60 the background is so dark you cannot read the text.
Can anyone tell me if this normal - or have I got a duff FC commander display??

right, just had a look.
on the lcd display page in ECT i have my contrast set at 28 and the brightness set at max 99
so when you look at the display page it reads 28 99
hope this helps
