Forester Oil Capacity

I'm planning on an oil change for my Forester tomorrow.

Does anyone know the capacity of oil I should use (with filter change).

its the same basic set-up as an impreza/ legacy just with slightly differing ECU / turbo applications, so exactly the same....................
