There is a small triangular plate near the gearbox that you can use.

The correct 'factory' jacking point is located close by the sump of the engine. It is a large (200 x 100mm) plate bolted onto the front suspension cross member.
A decent trolly jack will fit to it well and provide secure positioning of the jack.

For the rear, the factory point is the actual bottom of the diff case itself.

The two towing eyes at the front are also very strong and it is possible to use one of those to jack the front up. Easy to get the trolley jack under them. The car goes up at a slight angle but it is very handy for an oil/filter change. With axle stands for your safety of course.
