What fuel pressure will i set my regulator at?

What fuel pressure will i set my regulator at?
Hi i have the following:
Classic 260bhp WRX Import
Apexi Full System from turbo back and decatted
HKS Induction Kit
FSE Fuel Pressure Regulator
Walbro 255lt/hr fuel pump
Apexi AVCR Boost Controller
Boost controler is set at 1 bar for the minute till get a remap and then set to 1.3 bar
What will i set it at for 1 bar then for 1.3 bar?
