Which oil should i go for?
Thinking about Castrol GTX Magnatec 10W40
Any good?

10w40 is good, i dont think people like magnatec much though 
you can also use a 5w30 rated fully synthetic on an N/A car 
Plug wise.... latest handbook i have states (2003) kj20sr11 (what ever the hell they are?
) with a gap of 1.0-1.1mm
