Faulty earth ?
Hi peeps,
Just a quick question. On my classic I have an issue where the clock never seems to keep time (ie turn it off and come back and the time is at 1:00 again. Now looking round the engine there are a lot of "redundant wires" but im guessing its a bad earth?
The earth is connected to the long 2 bits of metal going down the car by a bolt on the right hand side of the engine, looking down on the engine bay (poor description) Is this right because it is so corroded that by the looks of it if I try and remove the nut it will fracture or snap. Any ideas/comments/suggestions
