Question fitttng a boost gauge?

ive just bought a boost guage to fit to my 95 wrx import and the fitting instructions say to tap the inlet manafold gut it also comes with a t peice to fit into a pipe. Im wondering where the best place is to tap in to read the preassure. Any suggestions greatly appreciated..........

no need to tap the inlet manifold - there should be a small pipe coming from the top of the lhs of the inlet manifold - you can cut this and put your t - piece in and run off the t to your boost gauge.

not sure on a 95 which pipe it is, but you definatley don't have to tap the inlet manifold !

can anyone tell me exactly which pipe to tap into im a bit of a novice so as much detail as poss please........

I heard that the best place to T into was the small dumpvalve pipe coming from the top of the manifold, thats where mine is and it gives a good reading.

there are tree pipes that come out from the top of the manafold one which connects with the top of the dump valve and two others which one do i tap into??

T into the one that goes to the top of the dump valve, this is also the bigest pipe too.
