Default STI TYPE R Crank

hi rebuilding my sti type r version 5 and had to by a new crank can anybody tell me if there is a difference between the uk sti crank and a jap import sti type r crank

There is no UK version STI5 ! they were were all Jap Imports.

The crank is the same as fitted in the P1 (Same Engine).

My mates P1 engine was recently rebuilt by a specialist with a new STI7 (UK) crank which is apparently cheaper, easier to obtain and stronger than the version 5.

yea i ordered all my parts from Roger Clark for my car crank was 399 plus vat but when invoice came it said standard sti uk ? just want to make sure this crank is the same as original
