Default plug size spanner

what size spanner do i need to get my plugs out on my 97 sti i cant seem to get a socket on aaarrgggh??????????

I think it's a 16mm long reach.

I had trouble too when I used a spark plug socket (with the rubber in).

Take the rubber out, otherwise the socket will get stuck in the head.

LOL I've been there

If it wasn't that...the rubber would stay on the plug when I replaced it and removed the socket
