Default What tool will undo this?

I'm wanting to replace my window which is scratched but I need to remove/reuse these little oddities. I'm sure there's a name for the tool to remove them. Any one know?

they don't undo from the other side?
U can get an adjustable 2 pronged angle grinder wrench... might work..

Yep.. needle nose pliers undo it - sweet. Thought it might need something a little more specialised. cheers dij
