Headlamp Washer - How to fit new one

Hello All,

The headlamp washer on my 1997 Impreza Catalunya needs replacing due to being broken.
I have bought a new one but it looks like a bumper off job. Has anyone any advice on fitting it or instructions on how to remove the bumper.

First person I know who uses them

Be better used for intercooler water spray if you ask me

When mine was snapped off my 98 I stuck it on from the outside with silicone mastic as I didn't fancy removing the bumper. I couldn't reach in to connect the pipe but nobody uses them anyway, do they.
