Pollen Filter Location

Anybody any idea where I can find the pollen filter? The handbook just says 'check it' but doesn't give any clue as to where it is!

isn't it behind the glove box?

below the glove box (on classics), there's a bolt holding a vertical metal bracket - behind that is the filter (if u have one - optional extra!).

There is asticker on the door pillar saying that there is one fitted (I didn't ask for one) . Its a MY01. Is it in the same place on this year of car?

From: Ex WRX now a Harley Iron. Warwickshire. Oh what fun...

On a new age you have to take out the glove box, its only a few screws, 5 min job.
The filter is fragile, so if you intend cleaning it and putting it back, be gentle.
