Auto meter oil press application
Hi all
I have an auto meter oil press gauge and have been told you need to get a different socket bit to go in where the origional pressure switch goes. Its to big and hits the altonator.
I havent tried to fit it but if i remove the altonator altogether and fit the bits that come with the gauge, will it then hit the altonator or fit?
What i mean to say is, is the altonator always going to be in the way or does it not fit with it on but does if removed then fitted?
Sorry if i got you all lost!!
Johnny

You must make an adapter to fit in there.
I have made an adapter and the sender is between the alternator and the power steering fluid pump. Its a little tricky to do it but it can place in there.
