Question What is the standard boost pressure for a pre96 WRX Wagon?

The 220 PS WRX Wagons, with TD04 - what is the standard boost pressure?

And whilst I'm at it, what is the fuel cut set at?

Cheers

standard boost is 0.75 bar. Why are you planning on raising it? Cos the td004 ecu wont hold much more than 15 psi. After then all manor of problem can occur!!!!

I Think they were 10 PSI max boost, falling to 6 psi as nears red line for a "safety" meaure for the poor little TD04.

Fuel cut is around 16 PSI.

But get a ScoobyECU or other after market ECU / mod ( not superchip really! )and can get to 16.5/17 PSI, fuel cut at 17.5 psi, mucho fun!

Mine is a ScoobyECU wagon map, with a few more mods, runs 17 PSI max, not hit fuel cut ( well a couple of times in cold winter weather after changing some of the inlet pipework / removing inlet resonator for an MRT inlet plenum! ) and is rather quick!

Too much pressure / abuse of the TD04 can do them harm, IIRC.

oh dear here i go again!
scooby ecu will not work with td004
vulnax999 probably had one of the early one off re maps which had a few problems (apprantly - correct). I am in contact with pavlo and he has agreed to build a bespoke td004 scoobyecu as a group buy in the near future.
in the meantime i think im gonna try a dawes and raise boost to 1 bar
what do you need vulnax999?
