G Force know their stuff, although I've never used them, I know someone whose opinion I respect enormously, and he told me they are on top of things.

We've had good results from a Unichip with cars done by us using the services of Owen developments close to Oxford. At the end of it, the remapping is down to the mapper - unfortunately Owens have stopped doing Uni's due to pressure of other work. No other reason.

A day mapping a Gems or a Motec brings in over 2 grand. A day mapping a Unichip brings in 700.00 - you figure it out !!

Pop an email to Dastek (should be able to search google for them?) who are the company who produce the Unichip. They'll answer all your questions and put you in touch with your local Unichip tuner too. V helpful. I had one on my MY01 WRX and was quite happy with it.

Nobody could argue against the cost of bespoke mapping by an expert surely?

Yes I did mean total costs for parts, fitting and rolling road time and VAT and uncle Tom Cobley etc etc.

Noble Motorsport are also very good on Unichips 01246 272749

Unichip will fit anything - just that there may be different options depending upon the type , age and value of the car - depends upon your needs really. They do have some limitations - nothing terrible but for the price it's streets ahead of S, S, no I can't say the word, yes I can, S, S, nope, still can't get it out, S, S, Superchip - there, now I've done it. I'm off to eat a bar of soap.
