Question Cleaning the Lambda Sesor

Hi all
Thinking of ways to keep the car running smoothly and was thinking of taking the sensor out of the header (1993 wrx saloon) and giving it a spray down with some brake cleaner. Is this worth doing or will it do nothing at all?
If i do it, should i reset the ecu?

Thanks all

Johnny

You'll probably do more harm than good. They're easy to break, especially when they're old and the threads have seized a bit.

If you want to clean it, go for a decent drive.
