Default what's safe

What would be a safe BHP to go to without "knocklinks etc" for my ppp uk turbo? And what is the best route to achieve it? Money not really an issue!
thanks.

Before adding any performance mod it will be best to first fit some safety mods then you know if the performance mods are doing good or bad... for noticeable BHP gains i would think you'd need a knocklink etc to let you know your engine isn't/is about to go bang..
