Default Check Engine light, please help

Hey, i recently bought a 98 impreza rs. it runs great with no problems at all, but does have about 100,000 miles on it. anyway, i just put a short ram air intake on it. I put the MAF sensor in between the pipe and air filter. For a couple days everything was great, but now the check engine light is on, (it doesnt seem to effect the performance). Any cause for concern?, or any way to fix it?

Thanks a lot
