Default ECU reset after MAF replacement?

Does anyone know if you need to do an ECU reset after replacing the MAF sensor?

Yes. Depending on whether your lambda sensor is faulty too (they also under-read over time, causing way too rich closed loop operation), you may also need to clean the idle stepper (to remove all the gunge) to get a stable idle.
