Default A safe boost

Hi all.
I have a 1993 wrx and am getting a 1995 Ra ecu fitted (260 one i think).
I have a full induction kit and de catted exhaust and am fitting a boost gauge and oil press gauge this weekend along with a dawes device, all running on optimax with millers o/b.
What is the safest level of boost (in psi) to run at with the above after market items being fitted.
Anything else i should consider?

Many thanks

Johnny
