Default Slight ticking noise when turning right

Can anyone shed any light on my noise I have.
Its a MY95 wagon with 78k, and on turning right even slightly, a noise similar to having a stone stuck in the tread on the tyre can be heard.
Ive checked the left front tyre for stones, Ive had the left wheel off and checked that the cv boot is ok(it is) ...

I was thinking the cv joint might be slightly worn or need regreasing, or the wheel bearing regreasing....
It doesnt clunk on full lock though...
Any ideas?

Cheers

I was hammering the brakes on a run the other day.... godspeed 325mm upgrades with 4 pot brembos...
Perhaps Ive melted the grease from the wheel bearing and its running dry..?
