95 octane to 98 octane
Hi everybody
With the new regulations in my country we have now an opportunity to use 98 octane gas with same price. I haven't tried it yet but before that I want to ask a question about ECU learning stuff.
My ECU should have been mapped to 95 octane gas because of the conditions in my country. I will try to reset ecu before using it but is it possible to gain performance with stock ECU since it is mapped to 95? I think it is impossible to remap MY98 ECUs so do you think that my ecu will learn new octane rate and set the new timings efficiently?
