MY03 JDM sti boost gauge pipe ??
Just a quick one fitted a set of defi bf gauges at the weekend
I put the pipe from the turbo boost sender unit between the elbow on the turbo and the boost solenoid (I think) via the supplied T piece
Is this right?
It doesn’t give me any negative pressure and seems to spike quite a bit
Where should I have put it?
Tal

hi tal
i did the same m8 and got no negative neither so i ended up T'ing it in on the small pipe that comes out the front of the inlet manifold just behind where the alternator is (i think without looking again)

You dont fit it near the boost solenoid,do you know where your dump valve is ? Its on the right face of your intercooler.Cut the pipe that comes off the right hand side of the dump valve (small gauge tube) and insert a T piece and away you go.
