Have the above error logged as current when I hooked up the deltadash for the first time, however the idle seems fine (1100rpm cold, drops gradually to 700rpm as it warms up), and rpm increases if I turn on the A/C.

I'm presuming this is the ISCV, is it a 'get it out and clean' item or are they sealed ? Also, could someone point me in it's general location ? MY00 engine ( well, close enough.... )

Clicky for you. If you scroll down to page 38, I believe it's item (2)... and yes, they can be cleaned with brake cleaner.

Reset the ECU and see if it comes back. That one can be linked to other faults IMO.

Had the same prob on my MY93, it turned out to be the backing plate was loose, causing bad earth? but setting the CEL light off. Reseting ECU worked initially but prob kept getting worse. There was no problem in the engine i.e. running, tickover, pick up etc. Once i tightened it no more probs.

yes i had thid code cumming on i reset the ecu when i put my new walbro fuel pump in and its been fine since no lights nothing
