Blue Streak

Can someone please help, i have a import 95/96 wrx sti wagon... which seems to have a leak. looking down in between the air intake box and engine i can see oil, it only appears when car gets cold otherwise it burns off from heat from exhaust nasty smell. Is it something to worry about because i have only had the car 2 weeks.........

I've got a MY96 which does the same. It's the Rocker cover gasket leaking.
