Question Forge VTA DV which spring

As title which spring should I use blue or red, and whats the difference?

Blue. its slightly softer than red.

Red will give you no woosh with near standard boost pressure.

If you find it is dumping too early or on feathered throttle, you can add shims beneath the spring to fine tune the stiffness. Speak to Forge and they will send you an overhaul kit free of charge which includes new seals, shims and new springs.
