Question 2 questions

1) How do I read the check engine codes? Is there a list anywhere on the web of the error codes as well?

and

2) Whereabouts on the car (MY98) is the thermostat?

TIA

You're a f*ck*ng liar Paul, that's three questions. not two. Do not pass go and do not collect £200.

1) Connect the read memory connectors (two black plugs under the dash next to steering column) together and turn the ignition to "On".

1a) Have a look here for the list

2) Behind the casting that joins the bottom hose to the block. Unbolt it and the thermostat will be there in all its glory.
