Is there any solutions for to use deltash on MY98 Imprezas? I heard some hardware support..

AFAIK, Deltadash doesn't work on pre MY99s at all.

There's AndrewC's Scoobymonitor...
and there are rumours about a couple of people with datalogging software for MY97/98 cars...

I heard those types of rumours from Turkey but haven't seen anything yet.
