I own a 1997 type r impreza. I have just fitted a oil tempreture gauge, on heavy throttle the tempreture goes up to 95 degrees. Is this ok or do i have to fit an oil cooler? all help will be appreciated

Where is the temp. sender fitted, block or in the sump? What grade of oil are you using? All these will influence the temp.reading If the sender is in the block, 95c under those driving conditions sounds fine.
