have a 99 uk car with a tek3 remap and full stainless exhaust including headers and uppipe, got a k&n induction and blitz dump valve, last hundred mile i have added an sti intercooler, water injection and uprated fuel pump with out any changes to the ecu. i have since been told that due to a poor idle my car is under fueling and that i will need a tweak to the remap. since i have to remap the car i will be adding my td05 turbo. as to this spec will the 440 injectors be ok when the car is remapped again or will it be better to go up to 550's

The 440's should be okay, as you can take them up to 350bhp, so unless you are going for >350bhp, you will be fine with the 440's.

For the sake of a few hundred quid go bigger mate then it means you wont have to fit them at a later date when you want more power.

440cc should be good for 320BHP while your TD05 should be good for a few more ponies.

Go 550cc and get the Pavlo adaptor kit!
