Remove the cap on the header tank. Unscrew the wing nut (plastic) in the bottom left corner of the radiator. When empty tighten nut and refil. Run the engine with the cap off to get rid of any excess air. Replace cap. Get system up to pressure. Next time its cool check the level.

Mickey 'DO NOT REMOVE THE PLASTIC SCREW IN THE RAD' it is supposed to be the correct way of doing it but it will never re-seal after you have opened it.
Dissconnect the bottom hose from you rad and do it that way,its much easier and water tight when finished.

Thats about as detailed as you can get for changing coolant without adding pictures.
It tells you in the owners manuall, section 10-13 onwards. With pictures. But take into account the above comments as well.

Buy Bluecol from any car supplier(ie Halfords) and do it yourself. Not rocket science!
