been told my car is running too high pressure
runs at about 7 bar full chat.
what readings should i get hot and cold , tick over and full chat?

my gauges are in psi but at idle once warmed up its about 30psi=1.9 bar, and at full chat its about 90 psi=5.8 bar, hope this helps.

my 96wrx reads between 90- 100+[max 120] psi when cold and 25-35 when warm [both at idle].

Cheers , anyone getting readings as high as 7 bar (103psi )
should i be worried,
flushing engine and oil change may be in order.

7 bar is OK. Actual readings will depend on the vicosity of the oil you use and oil temperature.
