Neat idea. Only downside is that you're still stuck with the standard rubber bushes, which, IMO, are a bit too floppy than they could be, but if it's cheap it's a clever way to introduce an adjustable shift angle into the gear linkage. Easier to install than most conventional quickshifts too.
